CraftFiles sells digital products only. There is no physical shipping. All orders are fulfilled electronically.
3.2 How You'll Receive Your Files
After your payment is confirmed, you will receive:
- An instant download link on the order confirmation page, and/or
- A confirmation email with download instructions, sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Some larger bundles may be delivered via secure third-party file-hosting links (Google Drive, MEGA, or similar) due to file size.
3.3 Delivery Time
Delivery is automatic and instant in most cases. If you do not receive your download link within 15 minutes of purchase, please:
- Check your spam/junk email folder.
- Confirm the email address entered at checkout was correct.
- Contact us at support@craftfile.shop if the issue persists — we typically respond within 24 hours.
3.4 Access Period
Download links remain active for unlimited. We recommend downloading and saving your files to a personal device or cloud storage promptly after purchase.
3.5 Technical Requirements
Please review the file formats listed on each product page (SVG, DXF, AI, EPS, STL, etc.) and confirm compatibility with your software/machine before purchasing.
