Welcome to CraftFiles ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of craftfile.shop (the "Site") and the digital products sold through it (SVG, DXF, AI, EPS, STL, and other laser/CNC/3D-printing design files, collectively "Digital Products"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1.1 Nature of Products

All products sold on this Site are digital files delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download the purchased files via an automated download link and/or email, and/or third-party file-hosting services (e.g., Google Drive, MEGA) as indicated on the product page.

1.2 License Grant

When you purchase a Digital Product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for:

  • Personal use, and
  • Commercial use to create and sell physical products made using the design files (e.g., laser-cut, engraved, or 3D-printed items).

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the original digital files (in whole or in part) as-is, in any format, whether for free or for payment.
  • Claim the original design files as your own intellectual property or resell them on any marketplace, file-sharing site, or platform.
  • Use the files in a way that infringes on third-party trademarks or copyrighted characters not included in the license.

Physical products you create using the files (e.g., signs, ornaments, printed models) may be sold without royalties, unless otherwise stated on the specific product listing.

1.3 Account & Payment

You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

1.4 Intellectual Property

All designs, files, and content on this Site remain the intellectual property of CraftFiles and/or its licensors. Purchase of a license does not transfer ownership of the underlying design.

1.5 Limitation of Liability

Digital Products are provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our files, including but not limited to machine compatibility, material outcomes, or third-party software issues.

1.6 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

1.7 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
